How information may be used
Information submitted through a functioning inquiry channel may be used to respond to your questions, communicate about a potential project, plan or provide requested services, and improve the website and related services.
Project inquiry form
When you submit the project inquiry form, the information you provide is sent to a server-side function hosted by Cloudflare Pages and processed by Resend to deliver the inquiry to Fiffer Webworks at [email protected]. The email includes the submitted form fields, and your submitted email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond to you. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information through this form.
Sale and sharing
Fiffer Webworks does not sell personal information. Cloudflare provides website and serverless function hosting, and Resend processes the inquiry email for delivery. These providers receive information as needed to operate the website and deliver your inquiry, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party services
This website does not currently include an advertising pixel or analytics service. Cloudflare and Resend process data as described above. Their services may process technical information as part of providing and securing the website and email delivery.
Security
The form uses a server-side email integration; service credentials are kept in the hosting environment and are not included in the website code sent to your browser. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data retention
Inquiry submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a separate website database. Messages may remain in the recipient’s email account and the email provider’s systems according to their retention practices. Fiffer Webworks keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential project, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Children’s privacy
This website and its project inquiry form are intended for businesses and adults. They are not designed to collect information from children.
